I am a milk lover, and St. Benoit creamery has milk from Jersey cows fed on green pasture that is seriously some of the best milk I have ever tasted. Apparently the quantity of milk from Jersey cows is smaller but richer and creamier than Holstein milk. At St. Benoit, the milk is prepared in small batches, and is not cheap - but if you're in Northern California it is a real treat. I highly recommend! Buy it!
