Trader Joe's Creamtop milk is Strauss

Here's a tip. You know how Trader Joe's relabels famous brands with the TJ brand? Well, I discovered that Strauss Family Creamery products are included. And they are significantly cheaper. Next time you see "Cream Top Milk" at TJ's I recommend you buy it. It is really from Strauss Creamery and it is from grass fed cows. Grass-fed (or sometimes labeled as "pastured") is better for you. Why? Because cows are supposed to eat grass. They produce more Vitamin K in their milk, and this is beneficial for humans, too.

Here is a link to some other TJ's brands that are actually famous makers: http://whitepicketpassport.com/2011/03/30/trader-joes-brands-uncovered/

The Cream Top milk is non-homogenized and full-fat. There is evidence that full fat actually aids in the digestion of milk. It's when we take the fat out that we start to have some problems with lactose intolerance.
