Margarine

Does anybody actually buy margarine anymore? Ever since I can remember, I always opted for real butter, even before I knew why it is much better for you. One thing, according to the Weston A Price school of thought, butter made from milk from pastured cows (no, not pasteurized but from cows fed with real grass or alfalfa) contains Vitamin K2. Commercial butter is made from cows fed on CORN. They don't make this necessary nutrient. Vitamin K2 is important for heart health and helps prevent prostate cancer. Margarine does not contain any K vitamins. Margarine also contains trans fats, which are bad for you. Trans fat is one of those concepts that that took years to get in to mainstream knowledge, and now everybody knows it's bad. So, do you still buy margarine?
